Step inside Pasta Luna and take a culinary journey through Italy. Early mornings bring rustic, crisp crusted bread hot from the oven
accompanied by the scent of fresh brewed espresso. During lunch and dinner hours, pastas and flavorful sauces simmer while meats and vegetables
roast over hot coals. Bottles of wine from small, regional wineries are uncorked to complement the dishes, which have been crafted in the custom of Italy's chefs, bakers and homemakers.
In the tradition of Italy's trattorias, the sight, sounds and aromas of authentic Italian cuisine are recreated fresh everyday at Pasta Luna.
Our family has been creating great Italian dishes for over two centuries across two continents, Europe and America. We have been serving authentic Italian food since Grandma Rafaella and Grandpa Don Francesca arrived in New York City, in 191 1. They established their first restaurants to serve Italian immigrants in Little Italy, since then, their tradition of greal Italian rooking has been passed to their children in Little Italy and to us their grandchildren, now residing in Richmond.

FRESH MOZZARELLA We make our own mozzarella by hand, each day in our kitchen; no factory bought mozzarella. |

VEAL Cut each day from a leg of veal that is fresh not frozen or packaged. |
